INDEPENDENT:
All shows at Independent are very individual, usually we load in and soundcheck from 5pm, open doors at 8pm and start bands from 815pm and run till late - we have a full sec PA system, monitors, effects and two great in house engineers - for specific details please contact: marc@marcgraham.com / audioangelrecordings@hotmail.co.uk

Enigma:

Bands line check before there performance, backline needs to be arranged between bands playing and it's expected that one kit and one bass amp is used throughout the night, to save on changeover time and to keep plenty room on the stage area and venue itself (it's really quite small). Load in is from 6pm and performance times are 815, 9, 945 & 1030
Playing Terms:
- The on-stage and curfew times are non-negotiable due to licensing conditions and the successful running of the events, the artist must be finished by the agreed times regardless if their performance does start late. When curfew is reached the final decision is in the hands of the promoter.
- If for any reason the artiste needs to cancel the performance, the artiste agrees to notify the promoter immediately to re-schedule the event.
- If for any reason the promoter needs to cancel the performance the promoter will notify the artiste immediately and endeavor to reschedule the venue to the nearest available and appropriate date.
- In agreeing this booking as contract the artiste must respect the venue premises and provided equipment any damaged caused by the artist will be charged for.
- The promoter will provide all p.a. equipment, such as microphones, leads, DIBoxes etc - for any technical specifications please contact 07901 616 185
Equipment Sharing:
- We will not hire, beg, borrow or arrange share of instruments or backline on your behalf.
- We expect that you act professional and will have your own equipment or will hire it yourself and bring it with you. If you need to share gear arrange it yourself and come prepared, contact Phil if you require any contact info or use the contact section on the artists sections on Insangel.co.uk. Do not expect to use other bands equipment unless you have arranged this with them first. It is preferred that one Drum Kit and one Bass amp is arranged between bands to ease changeovers.
Advertising:
Promotion and PR will be arranged by Phil, so please contact me at my address with any info we can use to get the show into press. Posters and Flyers will be made as part of listings for the venue as a whole, please feel free to start your own campaigns to promote the show to your following and to attract new faces to your show, downloadable material is available from this site for your own distribution.
GuestList:
Guest-List must be negotiated at least one week before the event by calling or emailing the promoter, the guest-list is intended for the music industry, band management, roadies, techs etc, not for the general public (i.e. friends, family or partners)
Tolerance:
Any acts displaying unprofessional behaviour such as getting severely intoxicated, vandalism and/or making unreasonable demands will be escorted from the premises and will not be paid or booked again, damage to any interior/exterior of the venue or the sound system will result in prosecution.
